The Village Shop Books
Given a vision, an aspiration, after discovering the source of the Messiah Drug and saving the nation of Israel from annihilation after an anthrax attack, David Yasuda shuns returning home to the heroic praise of a grateful nation and instead embarks on a mission alone into the hell that is the war ravaged countries of Central Africa. His vision, to deliver portions of the miracle elixir to those suffering from devastating diseases like AIDS. Keeping just a step ahead of those paid millions to capture him for the Drug, he escapes but others around him are murdered.
David revels in the miracle of life the elixir gives those whom death has all but administered their last breath, as he risk his life traveling from poverty stricken village to village. Bodies that were no more than bones protruding in a wrinkled black bag of dry skin… bloom with life.
Having administered the last of the elixir, his plans to finally return home to the woman he loves are derailed when the terrible plight of the many dying children in this disease riddled continent induces him to return to the miracle mountain for more elixir.
On the journey he meets a young Ethiopian woman who assist him in the search and herself becomes shot by soldiers searching for him. David is left with the dilemma of finding more Messiah Drug in time to save her life or escaping the soldiers trap.
As a perplexed world, troubled by senseless killings and political upheavals rushes toward a cataclysm, ten innocent people are unknowingly drawn together. Standing in a lobby they collapse and their souls leave their bodies and soar toward the stars. They awake back on the Earth… changed. They unknowingly now possess a “Gift” that will mold them into a group and prepare them to warn the world of the coming Antichrist.
From the depths of Hell a monstrous demon takes human form and feeds the flames of havoc on Earth. It spaws vicious ethic and religious massacres in nations around the world disguised as patriotism, secular cleansings, or a Jihad.
The demon’s hellish goal… find and kill these ten messengers.
Having been shot at, kidnapped, and critically wounded, David Yasuda, the discoverer of the Messiah Drug that saved the nation of Israel from an anthrax attack and certain annihilation, has become the most hunted man on the planet. Secretly smuggled into America by the Israeli Mossad, David and Sara are given new identities and begin life on the west coast.
They decide to give the last of the miracle water they possess to those dying in area hospitals. Masquerading as a Priest and a Nun, they are able to enter the ICU hospital wards and the rooms with the most ill patients. Trying to decide who lives or dies rips at their souls. Discovered, they manage to narrowly escape arrest by security at one hospital.
Word of the unbelievable miracles occurring in local hospitals leaks out and draws a tenacious newspaper reporter doggedly on their trail seeking to expose to the world that the discoverer of the Messiah Drug is now in… America.
When a freak car accident detours their mission, David has to make some heart rendering decisions. Caught in the middle of a gang war drive-by, he has to make a choice whom to save with the last drops… of the Messiah Drug.

Wanted dead or alive by government agents in hot pursuit of him in Pittsburgh, Shane manages to elude them. The NSA agents learn his next destination is New Orleans.
Driving south, Shane exits off the main highway on his motorcycle for gas. On a lonely stretch of road he is waylaid by a town trouble maker in a pickup truck and knocked off his bike unconscious. A passing local physician stops, and after determining his injuries aren’t life threatening, drives him to the nearest residence, a local gas station and mini mart. Regaining consciousness in bed, Shane learns the residence belongs to the tough local sheriff and is managed by his head strong daughter.
Following doctor’s orders, the sheriff confines him to that bed over the valid concerns of his irate daughter who lives there alone with her mute young son. While recuperating, Shane learns the young boy has never cried or spoken a word. Playing with him he touches the child with his "star" palm and encourages him to verbalize his feelings. His first audible words are “I love you mommy.”
Shane visits the town and encounters a child who choked to death while he was eating lunch.
Touching the child he is able to call him back from the shores of death. Seeing that miracle, a cook asks for his help in reaching the spirit of his missing daughter and finding her grave. When that cook is found murdered, Shane is framed and arrested by the sheriff.
Help comes from a very unlikely source.

"Eternity
Road"
Two cars skidded toward each other followed by the terrible sound of twisting metal, glass shattering, terrible screams… and then Whitney Yeager floating in absolute blackness. Is this what death is like, she questioned? Then suddenly Whitney found herself walking along in a huge tunnel with tens of thousands of strangers. The why and how were frightening questions she didn’t have an answer for. Has the world gone crazy and they are fleeing from a nuclear explosion? Has the fears we all have that some Arab nut will start a Jihad here with biological weapons come to fruition? Like soldiers everyone is marching forward… but toward what? Before she could reason out an answer… she is suddenly whisked away into a brilliant light…
Eternity Road is the story of a bright young woman at the top of her field who tragically loses her life but is given a second chance. A second chance at first wasted in an alcohol induced haze caused by her survivor guilt after learning the family in the other vehilce all died. When she sobers up she learns that second chances comes with a caveat. It will only last until she completes a then unknown task, but time for discovering and completing that task is quickly running out as her past and future race toward an explosive collision.
The tunnel into eternity awaits her completion of that task.
In the moments remaining, as she sensed her battered body surrendering to deaths cold fingers, her life flashed before her. From birth, to visions of a little girl cavorting with her sisters, she began to relax as her heartbeat…slowed. The visions covered the cruel years when as third daughter she struggled with being overweight and of average appearance. She felt lost, a duckling growing up in a family of beautiful swans. As a teen, rebelling against the pressure to conform, she finds salvation in hiding behind a body opposite. When in her rebellion she is labeled as gay, she relishes in the new freedom of her mistaken identity and starts to feed the fallacious rumors with punk hair styles in a variety of wild colors, body tattoos, and wearing unisex clothes.
Caught up in her phony identity, she joins the Army and allows that false label to perpetuate among her macho minded comrades. She develops a combative friendship with a black soldier, who feels singled out because of his race, and battles her for top marksman. But that friendly rapport fuels jealousy that resulted in her being savagely attacked by four fellow soldiers and left for dead, bloodied and half naked, in the dirt and weeds of Afghanistan.
After three years of a strenuous physical and mental recovery, the surprise return of the man that had found her in time, and the vicious coward that led her attack both arriving in her home town, causes a deadly upheaval. With one shot dead and the other dying, she seeks solace from the violence alone on a beautiful island. Finally, after a month of reflection on that island paradise, she discovers something wonderful there that will change her life…forever.

Fearing him, he is placed in a psychiatric asylum. As he matures there, he learns to control this “star” and use it to rescue troubled patients lost in the darkness of insanity. The next Village Shops offers a series of four sequels about a man called "Shane"...
It was dangerous but I allowed myself a brief moment to question how in the hell did I get to this point facing off against three heavily armed experienced killers. All three mercenaries were imposing physical specimens that could have killed me with their bare hands. My only advantage… surprise, and I held two 9 mils pointed at them. I think that just pissed them off more because each man had an “I’m going to kill you” look in their angry eyes.
These heavily armed veterans of death, with their steely demeanors, I knew weren’t strangers to gun fights. Where I had little experience with weapons, what I did discover is this orphan learns fast. Some of the quick draw and shooting techniques taught me then I laughed at, but now I hope they would serve me well. At least giving me a chance to save Regina. The lady standing in the crossfire between us… sobbing and biting her nails, and the reason I stand here risking my life.
For now I had the advantage. I had a 9mm in each hand pointed at the three men who were standing with their weapons still holstered. It was a tiny advantage because I knew these dangerous men could draw and shoot me between the eyes if I blinked.
“Do you really think you can take the three of us… and live? The moment you flinch we will blow your damn head off.”
I ignored his warm attempt to befriend me. “No you are right. I will probably die.”
“Probably?” He grinned at the other two armed men. “That’s most certain my friend unless you put down your weapons… now!”
“I’m certain of one thing… you will be the first to die Mr. Green. And then Mr. White will follow next because he looks faster than Mr. Black. And on my way down, with my few remaining heart beats, I will empty my weapons into Mr. Black’s face as I join you in hell.”
I thought those arrogant words would be the last this stupid man would ever speak when their faces grimmest in hate… but still they hesitated. I could see in their eyes they were thirsting with the desire to kill me… yet the seconds ticked away. In the silence, the panting breaths of the frightened young woman who smartly backed out of the line of fire into a corner, seemed to be counting down the explosion to come. Then death almost seized the moment when I thought one of them… flinched. Slowly I exhaled as my trigger fingers relaxed and for the first time their hesitancy gave me hope blood might not be shed. My blood anyway. The silence between us, as I stared in the eyes of these hard men, was cold… as cold as death.
Still alive I decided to try another angle. “You don’t want to die,” I implied as I searched each face for a weakness. “How do I know this, because if you did you would have drawn on me by now. But that gives me an edge because I don’t care if I live or die. So if we aren’t going to negotiate, let the damn killing begin…”
What do you do when you finally find… that person? The one that reaches so deep in your soul you fear the loss of your identity. And once found, is there any outside influnce that can come between that deep a love? So many have become discouraged an acquiesced settling for their second best choice, or the third, or the...
Mike and Toni didn’t believe anything could come between that love until... something unexpected caused such an upheaval that she angrily ran off to Florida, and being depressed, he choose to drown himself… in a bottle. What could have happened to tear apart their nirvana, another man or another woman? No! But only a love that reaches to the depth of your soul could survive that abysmal day and it did… but how? Yes few have loved that intensely, but these two had and it reached out of the pain each felt, healed their broken hearts, and somehow drew them back together.
Requited love decided that nothing… absolutely nothing will ever come between them again. They decreed that whatever time fate gives them, they would live every day to the fullest and with passion. Others gave them no chance, but their distractors have never known such love.
Only a relationship that runs deep and true that could survive the terrible curse… of AIDS.
